I needed emergency road service for one of my units, and they delivered! I spoke with Erika in the office, and she had a technician on site in less than an hour! Very professional, and quick service. Will definitely have them on speed dial, thank you Erika!! Great Customer Service!

Hello All, I just needed to let anyone know that may be in need of a GREAT Tire company to call these guys, 1st! I was in a real bind and needed assistance for a tire that went flat on the highway. I tried calling a couple other places in the area and the soonest they could help was 4-6 Hours... I WAS STRANDED and they did not care. When I called into stm I was greeted by a Very Friendly person named Jessica! She went above & beyond to take care of my Problem and had a guy out within an hour to take care of the tire, and then even Called me back AFTER the tire was repaired to make sure I was satisfied.... I was VERY IMPRESSED and will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you Sooo Much Southern Tire Mart!!!

I don't like to do this but I was left with no option.... This is haw business should work... A customer walk in to a TIRE SERVICE place and says can someone help me i need some air for my tire....the only response that in a realistic world should exist is ""yes sir what tire needs air and we charge x amount "" thats all..... customer is happy, problem is solved, business make some money days continue.... Well JESSICA has others intentions obviously the opposite of what logistics states...she says.. when I request for air... we need to inspect the tire .... My response is there is nothing wrong with the tire I just need some air ... Her response we need to inspect the tire .... I say thanks have a nice day and I left .... I drive around the corner found a work truck and and request air again the guy says yes sir what tire i point at the tire ge put air i paid him and that was all.... So JESSICA for you to know this is haw great business go down when you create a problem instead of providing a simple service!!!! Here i left some pictures so you can inspect the tire now...
